Educator's Emporium was founded way back in 2015 and it was then known as the Resource Emporium. Over the years, the needs of our community and the Emporium changed and we moved from our intimate beginnings to bigger spaces! We were on a roll and had an amazing event in 2019. Then along came a little virus that changed our world. And truth be told, once our momentum was interrupted it was hard finding the motivation and enthusiasm again. Turns out I have combined type ADHD! Thanks TikTok + Lockdowns I finally started a journey of self discovery and diagnosis! BUT I'm determined to get back on the horse and rock and roll!

Tickets are you have no excuse!

    How Did It all Begin?!

In 2015 at a small pop up market at a family day care open house, my once upon a business partner and I had an idea. We LOVED meeting customers and displaying our products. We loved talking about our business and the beautiful brands we had to offer with our customers. We loved meeting new people, especially new educators
The idea was a toy and education market: a place where we could be joined by other small and micro businesses. As a micro business ourselves, we LOVE supporting others. Initially we joined forces and had a conference as well, but we were wearing too many hats and it became quite tricky!
Over the years we've held our market originally at funky hotels and in 2018 we moved to a larger location in Marrickville at Gumbramorra Hall at Addison Road Community Centre. We kicked goals in 2018 and 2019 ... and then the dreaded you know what came along and threw a spanner in the works!
BUT in 2024, I'm determined to make this happen again!
