An insect garden themed play dough kit for the little adventurer.
Our garden inspired play dough kit is fantastic for the young nature exploring biologist. I spend much of my time outside as a preschool teacher exploring the world of mini-bests with children.
Children are avid explorers forever finding little creatures and expressing serious awe and wonder at this world in miniature. I've created many a small world play set up for my students so this was yet another natural progression. One of our early play sets was our insect garden little landscape, so of course, it makes sense to translate this into a play dough kit!
Our loose parts are carefully selected to support children's sensory learning. We blend visual and tactile textures as well as colours to inspire children's creativity and play.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- 2 jars of unscented play dough in moss and a rich swirly earthy brown.

- a selection of botanicals such as a banskia seed pod, gum nuts, mini pine cones, bud cones

You can create a small world for your little one to explore or let them design their own! Our hand curated loose parts are versatile and can be used with a variety of sensory bases such as our sensory rice, water, water beads, oobleck, psyllium husk slime, sensory cotton sand and more!
Our play dough kits support children's learning through play using their interests as a vehicle for learning. Interest based learning encourages children to engage in sustained play, developing their concentration spans, their fine motor skills, their story telling and language development.
CARE: Our play dough will lasts for 3-6 months and sometimes longer depending upon use and environmental conditions. Please keep the dough sealed in jars provided in a cool dry place, out of the sun or out of humid areas. We always recommend that children wash their hands and use the dough on a clean surface.
